Return policy

If you received a product other than what you ordered, or if you did not receive the expected quantity due to an error in Micro Logic’s shipping or order fulfillment process, please contact your representative or call (877) 658-6624 to request an RMA (Authorized Return of Merchandise) within 24 hours of product receipt. If the product is returned in its original packaging and is still sealed, we will proceed with an exchange, or we will refund you in accordance with the payment method you used. The product must be returned to the return address designated by the RMA within 10 business days of the issuance of an RMA number. Any returned product must be shipped in its original packaging intact, with all its accessories, guides and registration documents. Please do not write the return number (RMA) on the box(es), and do not write anything on the manufacturer’s boxes. The RMA number should be visible ONLY on your carrier’s return label. Charges may be withheld from any equipment or accessory of which the packaging has been opened. You may be asked to provide a credit card number (Visa or MasterCard) in order for Micro Logic to assess charges for any opened packaging.

Please note that Micro Logic does not authorize the return of, or provide refunds for, the following products:

  1. product customized to your specifications;
  2. product whose packaging has been opened (excluding exceptions authorized by a representative of Micro Logic);
  3. memory whose packaging has been opened or labels have been removed;
  4. software whose packaging has been opened *;
  5. downloaded software *;
  6. personalized or engraved items;
  7. Software update product (SW upgrades).

*You may return a software after refusing the license terms, provided that the software is not installed on your computer. However, a software that includes a printed license agreement cannot be returned if the seal or label on the media packaging is damaged.

Note :
Micro Logic asks you to use a carrier recommended by Micro Logic, taking into account the following criteria: (1) use a carrier that offers a tracking service; and (2) insure the package so that it is returned safely to Micro Logic, declaring the full value so that you have full protection, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose (1) not to use a carrier offering a tracking service, and / or (2) not to insure your package by declaring its full value, you assume full responsibility any loss or damage caused to the product during transportation.

Product out of service on delivery :
Computer equipment is considered out of service on delivery (DOA) if it shows defects preventing basic operation from its first use, after being taken out of its packaging. If you believe your product is out of service upon delivery, please contact Micro Logic Technical Support at (877) 658-6624 within 20 business days of the invoice date. Micro Logic Technical Support will determine if the product is out of service upon delivery and provide you with the following options:
